The Redmi K Series has always been known for offering impressive specs at affordable prices, and now the Redmi K90 Max is introducing specifications that even flagship phones would envy.
This phone features MediaTek's most powerful Dimensity 9500 Chipset with up to 16GB RAM and 1TB storage. What's particularly remarkable is the internal cooling system that includes a Cooling Fan and Vapor Chamber that can reduce temperatures by up to 10 degrees Celsius, achieving an AnTuTu Score of over 4 million points.
The display features a 6.83-inch 1.5K 2722x1280p AMOLED Panel with a 165Hz Refresh Rate and peak brightness of up to 3,500 nits. This TCL-manufactured display includes an Ultrasonic fingerprint recognition system and houses a 20MP Selfie camera on the front. Additionally, it comes with Stereo speakers tuned by Bose, providing the best entertainment experience.
For the camera, it uses a 50MP Main camera with OIS (Light Hunter 800) and an 8MP Ultrawide. The software runs on Android 16-based Hyper OS 3.0 with IP66/68/69 water and dust resistance. The charging system includes 100W Wired Charging and 22.5W Reverse Charging, along with Bypass Charging support, which will be convenient for gamers.
The battery features a large 8,500mAh Si-C battery, which is quite substantial among current smartphones. The Redmi K90 Max is available in three colors—black, blue, and silver—and starts at 3,199 yuan (around $470) for the 12/256GB model in China. Xiaomi has not yet announced when it will be available in the international market.
