According to a study published in Science journal since 1960, three scientists predicted the world will collapse on November 13, 2026 (Saturday), based on research into the social flow of Western societies.
The study was written by scientists Heinz von Foerster, Patricia M. Mora, and Lawrence W. Amiot from the University of Illinois, and was based on an analysis of the social dynamics of Western countries.
The scientists concluded that the cause of world collapse would not be nuclear war or environmental hazards, but rather uncontrolled population growth.
At the time the study was published, the world population was only around 3 billion, but now it has risen to approximately 8.3 billion, and it is estimated that the global population will reach its maximum limit within a short period of time.
Von Foerster, an Austrian-American scientist who co-authored the study, has been issuing clear warnings about the dangers of artificial intelligence (AI) technology since 1995.
Since he has previously pointed out that the assumption that AI can think like humans is dangerous, his prediction of world collapse has become even more concerning at this time.
