BYD Group's premium car brand DENZA has officially introduced the DENZA N8, a new 5-seater SUV, in China with impressive performance capabilities. The vehicle is equipped with a high-performance 130.15 kWh battery that, according to Chinese CLTC test standards, can travel up to 1,003 kilometers (over 620 miles) on a single full charge.
The most remarkable feature is the charging performance that would astound supercar owners. Utilizing BYD's latest FLASH Charging technology, the battery can reach 70% charge from 10% in just 5 minutes, and achieve 97% full charge in approximately 9 minutes. Additionally, the top model features three electric motors capable of delivering maximum horsepower of 1,193 (890 kW).
The vehicle measures 5.15 meters in length with a wheelbase of 3.075 meters, providing spacious and comfortable travel experiences. However, it's important to note that the 1,003 km range figure is based on laboratory testing standards. In real-world driving conditions, actual range may vary depending on driving speed, weather conditions, road surface, and driver habits.
