A Texas woman has sued Tesla after her Cybertruck crashed while using the company's Full Self-Driving system. Driver Justine Saint Amour says the vehicle accelerated onto a Houston overpass on-ramp in August 2025 and did not slow down. Dashcam footage shows the Cybertruck driving at high speed past concrete barriers on a Y-shaped intersection before crashing. Justine Saint Amour says she tried to disengage the system but didn't have time to react, resulting in injuries to her neck, back, and wrists.
