In this lawsuit, Musk is seeking damages of up to $134 billion and asking the court to remove Altman and Brockman from their positions.
This litigation is expected to reveal numerous secrets, diaries, and internal documents from OpenAI's founding, with Sam Altman as well as Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella set to testify as witnesses.
OpenAI is currently valued at over $850 billion and is preparing to go public.
