According to Xiaomi's Q2 2026 financial report, the company achieved total revenue of 108.9 billion yuan (approximately $16.2 billion USD) with net profit of 6.2 billion yuan ($919 million). The majority of this revenue came from smartphones and AIoT devices, while new sectors including EVs (electric vehicles) generated 24.9 billion yuan, though the EV division reported losses.

In smartphone sales, Xiaomi shipped 31.2 million units globally and captured 11.5% market share. However, compared to the same period last year, sales declined by 26.3%. Despite the sales drop, the average selling price (ASP) per unit increased to 1,351 yuan ($200), and approximately one in three Xiaomi phones sold in China is now a premium device.

Xiaomi is making significant investments in research and development (R&D), with nearly half of its workforce engaged in R&D activities. The company is currently focusing on developing AI models like MiMo-V2.5 LLM and the new HyperOS 4. While tablet sales decreased by 6.8%, Xiaomi maintains the second-place global position in wearables and TWS earbuds markets.
